About 3GEN support
After decades of working in customer service managerial roles Louise, founder of 3GEN Support, felt a need for a career change. At 62 years old she embarked on studying to gain her qualifications in Disability Support. Louise began as a disability support worker employed by a large company however quickly realised there was a lack of person-centred support being provided.
Louise ventured out on her own, as an Independent Support Worker, but was soon overwhelmed by participants asking her to support them to live their best independent lives. After realising she was only one woman, she sought to bring on other support workers and 3GEN Support was born. Along with her daughter, Renee, they have grown 3GEN Support into the boutique support agency it is today.
